During your time at Bio-Rad, what type of opportunities have you witnessed the Company provide to women engineers like yourself?
During my tenure at Bio-Rad, I have been offered opportunities to grow my career. I started here as a junior engineer and have grown through a variety of projects to be a technical leader and people manager. I have been given great mentorship at Bio-Rad to hone my technical skills and was given many opportunities to learn on the job.
