Facilities Maintenance Technician II

This role is essential to the facilities department in order to support and maintain manufacturing and production process equipment and utility needs and maintain product quality requirements. Job is key to ongoing preventive maintenance and management of DI/RO water system, boiler, roof top AC, Fire alarm and security system. Participates in rotating "On Call" duties for after-hours facilities emergencies and alarms management.

How You'll Make An Impact:

• Interacts with contractors, signs off work orders, generates purchase requisitions, signs and dates invoices.
• Position also oversees operation spare parts inventory and asset disposal.
• Expected to perform scheduled building equipment preventative maintenance (PM) tasks, fills out PM check sheets, signs and dates equipment tags and logs tasks into computer maintenance management software.
• Responsible for maintaining assigned daily operation check lists, chart recorders and refrigeration leak log book.  

What You Bring:

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or trade school certification.
• 2+ years working in a GMP environment with experience working with cleanroom, plumbing, and HVAC equipment in a facilities/plant maintenance organization.
• Should be experienced using computer maintenance management software, temperature monitoring software and applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Compensation: The estimated hourly rate for this position is $26.68 to $36.73  at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
