The Account Manager position entails the following responsibilities:

  • Manage direct sales to achieve and surpass our business objectives and customer satisfaction targets within the north of England and Scotland
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and enhance brand equity.
  • Promote the Bio-Rad Clinical Diagnostics portfolio whilst collaborating across stakeholders within the UK

 

 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

 

  • By achieving/exceeding sales, marketing and financial objectives for relevant products and territory
  • Developing and executing strategic plans and business initiatives to grow sales and profitability as per team goals.
  • Identify and secure a continuous flow of beneficial partnership opportunities that lead to a number of high value agreements and ensure the growth of quality relationships with each assigned Account.
  • Lead the preparation, negotiation, implementation and continuous management of business partnership agreements and contracts.
  • Monitor partnership value and performance over time (ie revenue and profit) and initiate appropriate action to maintain partnerships as win/win

 

 

What You Bring: 

 

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a Medical device or related field
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in a customer facing role,
  • Excellent technical and practical knowledge of technologies used in Clinical Diagnostics
  • Proven ability to prepare, implement and monitor business/marketing plans.
  • Good working knowledge of Clinical diagnostic practices
