This role will be pivotal in enabling seamless integration of Bio-Rad’s global planning processes across manufacturing, demand, and supply—while supporting continuous improvements in digital planning capabilities. The BSA will work closely with business stakeholders, supply chain planners, and IT delivery teams to ensure that system solutions align with strategic business needs and deliver measurable value in terms of efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

How the Candidate Will Make an Impact:

• Support the design and improvement of demand planning, supply planning, Partner with Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Planning teams to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for Kinaxis and integrated SAP planning processes.
• Lead the design, enhancement, and governance of Kinaxis Maestro workbooks, workflows, and planning models for supply planning, demand planning, and production scheduling.
• Support end-to-end S&OP/IBP processes by optimizing inventory management, capacity planning, deployment planning, and demand/supply balancing.
• Work with IT and business partners to ensure planning data flows (SAP → Kinaxis and Kinaxis → SAP) are accurate, timely, and reliable. 
• Design and document planning processes, use cases, and user stories for system improvements, scenario simulation, and decision support.
• Drive functional testing, UAT, and production validation for Kinaxis and related SAP integration changes. · Identify and implement opportunities for automation, advanced planning analytics, and process simplification within supply chain planning. 
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and mentor for offshore/onshore planning analysts, ensuring knowledge transfer and consistent practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, IT, Manufacturing, Finance, and Data Science) to enable continuous improvement of Bio-Rad’s global planning landscape.
• Participate in the integration of ML models into supply planning workflows through APIs, dashboards, or embedded logic. 
• Conduct system testing, assist in issue resolution, and support deployment cycles.
• Deliver training to end users and super users, ensuring smooth adoption of new AI-enhanced features and planning functionalities.
• Support data readiness efforts by helping validate and remediate supply chain planning master and transactional data.

What the Candidate Brings

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, Information Systems, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Deep understanding of Supply Planning, Manufacturing Planning, and Demand Planning processes. · 5+ years in Supply Chain .
• 10+ Years in enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Kinaxis, SAP IBP ,O9 or similar. · Knowledge of AI concepts and tools (e.g., Python, SageMaker, Vertex AI). · Expertise in configuring and supporting Kinaxis RapidResponse modules (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization).
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, planning heuristics, and scenario-based planning. · Ability to analyze KPIs and define performance metrics to measure planning effectiveness. 
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and Visio for documentation and reporting.
