Work as an assistant in Taiwan Service  team

 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• to work closely with Field Service Engineers
• to prepare and provide contracts for preventive and maintenance services to customers
• to ensure service calls are logged and forwarded to the appropriate Engineers
• to ensure all service calls are handled on timely basis and without delay
• to log all service calls in detail such as down time, response time and time to have the service calls fixed
• to build and update customer data base file on timely basis
• to provide on timely basis to Service Supervisor reports on service information and status
• to schedule and advise Field Service Engineers to attend PM visits
• to log and up-keep the status of ICCR
• to inform and update Service Manager and sales department about the status of ICCR
• to ensure Extended Warranties are recorded and updated on timely basis
• to provide Service Supervisor and Sales departments reports for Extended Warranties
• to keep track of In-House repair jobs and ensure parts are ordered and status displayed on job cards
• to maintain accurate records on Service Manuals to ensure Service Manuals are organized properly
• to ensure Service Manuals are organized properly
• to maintain service area tidy, clean and organized
• to maintain accurate service spare parts inventory
• to ensure spare parts inventory are kept at minimum but sufficient level to meet the JIT principle
• to provide Engineers accurate monthly inventory reports
• to maintain accurate records and movement on tools and test equipment
• to maintain close and good relationship with customers
• to ensure that Bio-Rad commitment to customer satisfaction is achieved and constantly improved
• to ensure that the objectives of quality service and customer satisfaction are achieved
• to work closely with distributor’s service team in the region
• to ensure high level of liaison with other regions, Division Managers and Corporate
• to assist and perform other duties as required

 

What You Bring:

 

• Form 7, or Diploma in Secretarial Practice or Equivalent
• At least 2 year in secretarial or service field
• Good communication skill and positive thinking.
• Good oral and written English.
• Team work spirit.
