Technical Training Coordinator

The GCO Training Coordinator is responsible for equipping commercial employees with essential knowledge and skills for their role to drive business results. This position will support the launch of training initiatives and will manage and administer digital tools such as the learning management system, document repository library, and translation software. This position will also continuously improve key processes including the GCO new employee onboarding process and the weekly Commercial System Release Notes process.

How You’ll Make An Impact: 

  • Learning Systems & Tools Ownership: own and optimize training platforms and tools (e.g. LMS, Training ZONE), ensuring intuitive learner experience, effective content management, and strong compliance tracking; define and implement processes that simplify training access, enhance user experience, and improve global adoption. 
  • Onboarding Program Design & Implementation: design, develop, and continuously improve the commercial onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive role-specific product, systems, and skills training through a blended learning approach (eLearning, workshops, mentoring, peer coaching); develop structured learning tracks and journeys that ensure consistency, transparency, and accountability for new hires and hiring managers; establish and manage a newcomer mentoring program, including mentor nomination, mentor training, and development of supporting resources (checklists, rubrics, feedback tools). 
  • Analytics: in collaboration with Director GCO Training, define KPIs for onboarding and training programs in alignment with business priorities; partner with analytics team to develop and maintain dashboards and reports, delivering insights on usage, completion, compliance, and training effectiveness; deliver real-time analysis of trends and opportunities, proactively recommending strategies to improve training effectiveness and exceed program targets. 
  • Innovation & AI integration: identify opportunities to apply AI-driven tools and automation to improve content development, translation, delivery, and learner support; lead pilots and implementations of AI solutions to drive efficiency and scalability of training initiatives. 
  • Training communications: own the Commercial Release Notes process by partnership with SMEs to translate technical updates into clear, user-friendly communications for global audiences; service as communications liaison for training initiatives, ensuring consistent, timely, and engaging delivery of global training calendars, newsletters, initiative updates, and feedback surveys.

What You Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline, Or equivalent level of experience. 
  • Work Experience: 5+ years experience in training, learning operations, product coordination, or similar role; experience with SAP Success Factors Learning Management System (LMS) or comparable database. 
  • Demonstrates interpersonal skills, functioning collaboratively within a team while autonomously driving initiatives when needed. 
  • Exhibits proficiency in time and project management, consistently adapts to changes, flexibly allocates resources to meet project deadlines. 
  • Shows ability to quickly assimilate information, efficiently tackles multiple tasks, and thrives in a dynamic, global setting. 
  • Utilizes problem-solving skills to assess situations, identify potential challenges, and implement effective solutions, elevating issues when necessary.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,700 to $103,900 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States*.  Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compenstion, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance. 

*Minimum reflects our lowest paying locations, and the top end reflects our highest paying locations. The range in your geographic location will vary but will be within the indicated ranges.
