What You Bring:  

• Excellent communication skills in English and 1 additional language (preferably: Italian/French/Hebrew/Greek/Dutch/Portuguese)
• Strong customer services experience within a fast paced, corporate environment  

• Experience in a customer facing role, including order processing  
• Good MS Office skills  
• Knowledge of SFDC and SAP desired  
• Accurate and fast data entry skills  
• Excellent telephone manner  

• Excellent organization skills
