Project Management Intern

At our Hercules, CA office, you will be working with a small, agile, and dynamic team of experienced project managers (who are chemist and engineers) to deliver innovative software, instrument and assay solutions. You will be involved in various aspects of project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. 

How You’ll Make An Impact: 

• Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans. 
• Assist in the coordination of project activities and resources. 
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables. 
• Conduct research and gather data to support project decision-making. 
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and risk logs. 
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and team members.

What You Bring:

• Education: Currently enrolled as an undergraduate (sophomore/junior) student pursuing a degree in a STEM field or equivalent. 
• Must have a 3.0 cumulative overall GPA or better (on a 4.0 scale). 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. 
• Strong problem solving, organizational, and communication skills are required.

Compensation: The estimated hourly range for this position is $25 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
