How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Achieve Bio-Rad’s life science objectives in Japan by leading Field Application Specialist team to develop and execute field application action plan based on LSG-Japan strategy
• Work together with sales team, other Bio-Rad stakeholders (marketing, product support, technical service and global team etc..) and Dairiten to drive sales with application activities
• Establish and grow relationship with KOLs & key users to increase Bio-Rad value and customer loyalty
• Communicate with global Bio-Rad team for exchanging latest application information and best practices to update local action plan
• Gather application trends in the market, and share with Bio-Rad stakeholder regarding key application opportunity with target customers and customer insights for considering future business growth
• Lead talent development to grow Japan FAS organization capability

What You Bring: 

• Excellent communication & building relationship skills with stakeholders and customers
• Strong leadership capability, and experience people manager or leading projects/cross-functional activities
• Business level of English communication skills, and must have native Japanese language skills
• Strong scientific background as Field Application lead
• Business knowledge & skills as a manager such as data analysis & planning skills  and basic finance knowledge are require
• Preferable: Japanese Driver's License
