Post Market Surveillance Director

As the Post Market Surveillance Director, you will lead a global team responsible for monitoring product performance and ensuring regulatory compliance after release to market. Your day will involve reviewing complaint data and trends to identify areas for corrective action, collaborating with cross-functional leaders in Regulatory Affairs, Field Service, R&D, and Commercial teams to resolve issues, and overseeing the preparation and timely submission of reports, recalls, and field actions. You will also present key performance metrics and risk assessments to senior leadership while driving initiatives that leverage advanced analytics and digital tools to improve efficiency, compliance, and customer outcomes.

What You Bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or technical field required; advanced degree preferred. 
• Work Experience: 10+ years of experience managing quality teams in the diagnostic or medical device industry. 
• Proven expertise in post market surveillance, including regulatory reporting, adverse event management, and field action execution. 
• Strong knowledge of FDA QMSR, IVDR, ISO 13485, and global quality system regulations. 
• Hands-on leadership experience driving global transformation initiatives and managing cross-functional teams. 
• Advanced data analytics and digital transformation capabilities. 
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills with the ability to work across geographies and functions. 
• Experience with Salesforce and Veeva QMS preferred.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $199,400 to $274,100 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
