VP, Global IT - Strategy to Operations

As the VP, IT – Strategy to Operations, you'll be responsible for translating enterprise strategy into scalable, technology-enabled operations. You’ll engage with senior executives across Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations to align IT capabilities with business priorities. You’ll lead the development and integration of AI, analytics, and data platforms that power decision-making and operational excellence. Your day will involve steering governance over enterprise systems, ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory standards, and driving transformation initiatives that modernize core platforms. You’ll mentor senior leaders, shape enterprise architecture, and influence strategic direction through data-driven insights and innovation.

How You’ll Make An Impact: 

• Shape Enterprise-Wide AI Strategy: You’ll lead the development and deployment of AI/ML capabilities that transform how the organization forecasts, plans, and makes decisions—embedding intelligence into core business processes. 
• Modernize Corporate Systems: You’ll oversee IT systems supporting Finance, HR, and Legal, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and compliant with SOX and other regulatory frameworks, while enabling digital transformation across functions. 
• Elevate Data as a Strategic Asset: You’ll build and govern enterprise data platforms that support real-time analytics, predictive modeling, and business intelligence, driving data-driven decision-making across the company. 
• Drive Operational Excellence: You’ll align IT strategy with operational goals, integrating systems and processes that improve efficiency, agility, and cross-functional collaboration. 
• Lead High-Impact Teams: You’ll develop and mentor global teams of senior IT leaders, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement, while managing strategic vendor relationships and technology partnerships.

What You Bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field required. Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred. 
• Work Experience: 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years at the executive level. 
• Proven success in leading AI/ML development and deploying enterprise data platforms. 
• Strong experience with ERP systems, accounting platforms, and SOX compliance. 
• Strategic thinker with a track record of aligning IT with business transformation goals. 
• Deep expertise in data governance, master data management, and analytics architecture. 
• Strong understanding of financial systems and regulatory compliance frameworks.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $270,000 to $372,000 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States*.  Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance. 

*Minimum reflects our lowest paying locations, and the top end reflects our highest paying locations. The range in your geographic location will vary but will be within the indicated ranges.
