As a Bio-Rad Regional Sales Manager, your main responsibilities are to drive sales revenue growth within your region and drive sales force effectiveness across your team. Over the course of a week, you will be prioritizing workdays with your sales representatives to improve their overall performance, as well as providing regional forecasts throughout the year. During field travel you will be expected to work with key customers to understand their needs, trends in the university & government markets and building a network of key opinion leaders.

How You’ll Make An Impact: 

  • Achieve regional revenue targets.
  • Drive sales force effectiveness through good sales funnel management, opportunity creation and selling skills. 
  • Strong forecasting accuracy and regional customer insights. 
  • Provide market, customer & competitive insights that can be shared across both the academic team and Life Science Organization. 
  • Partner with the Marketing team to provide customer and product trends. 
  • Establish a strong team environment that is collaborative.

What You Bring: 

  • Strong knowledge of the academic and government customers within the region. 
  • Knowledge of the applications and products within the life science industry. 
  • Previous track record in sales. 
  • Management experience is a plus. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $149,000 to $204,800 at the time of posting.  Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for quarterly commission based on assigned sales quotas.
