The campaign manager reviews the progress of ongoing campaigns, upcoming deadlines, and allocates tasks for the day. They monitor campaign performance by tracking metrics such as website traffic, and lead generation and revenue, making real-time adjustments to optimize campaign performance. The campaign manager executes new campaigns including overseeing the creation of content such as email and landing page copy, using strategically developed customer message maps as a guide. They ensure that all content is accurate, engaging, and aligns with the campaign objectives. The campaign manager dedicates time for strategic planning for next year’s campaigns which includes working with product teams and other stakeholders to understand the businesses strategic focus, market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.

Join the Life Science Outbound Marketing team as a Campaign Manager and play a key role in executing global campaigns within the Life Science Group. In this position, you'll be responsible for developing comprehensive campaign strategies, including channel selection, audience targeting and messaging to achieve objectives. Your day-to-day tasks will involve overseeing and optimizing ongoing campaigns, managing deadlines, and planning for future campaigns. Additionally, you'll closely monitor campaign performance metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, and revenue, making timely adjustments to optimize outcomes. Strategic planning for upcoming campaigns will be a significant aspect of your role. This will involve collaborating with product teams and stakeholders to gain insights into market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences, enabling you to develop tactical end to end campaign plans. You'll also be involved in designing new campaigns, overseeing the creation of content including advertisements, email, and landing pages. You will work with a cross functional team to develop well-crafted customer message maps and you'll ensure that all content remains accurate, engaging, and aligned with customer journey and campaign goals. How You’ll Make An Impact: 

  • Develops and executes integrated marketing campaigns that delight our customers and drive engagement resulting in new customers and repeat business. 
  • Works in partnership with cross functional teams to create targeted messaging and content. 
  • Drives marketing qualified leads and revenue, both on and offline for Bio-Rad. 
  • Monitors and measures effectiveness of marketing campaigns and compiles campaign performance reports to share across global and regional marketing teams. 
  • Uses data and voice of sales/customer feedback to optimize campaigns

What You Bring:

  • Excellent organizational skills and project management experience. 
  • Analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex and high volumes of data. 
  • Education: MBA or Life Science Degree. 
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the management of marketing campaigns in a dynamic environment, ideally in the life science market. 
  • Skilled user of Adobe and Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI and other data analysis tools · Experience with project management systems.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $117,900 to $162,200 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
