Customer Relations Coordinator I

The Customer Relations Coordinator serves as an extension to the Sales Force to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. They give clients advice, build a rapport and provide quick responses to their inquiries in efforts to maintain and increase sales. This role is responsible for answering customer questions, developing new customer relationships, and acting as an advisor regarding service and product options. The goal of this role is to provide excellent customer service and help the company maintain a positive reputation in the market.

How You’ll Make An Impact: 

  • Provides high-quality administrative support to customers and Sales. 
  • Build and improve long-term relationships with external Customers and internal Sales Account Managers. 
  • Initiate direct contact with Customers regarding product offerings, pricing, and renewal of previous orders with the goal to increase product commitment and sales. 
  • Uses customer management relationship skills to provide dedicated support to account managers and customers within assigned region(s). 
  • Tends to customer complaints and resolves issues promptly. 
  • Escalates issues as appropriate. 
  • Generate ad-hoc reports for customers and sales. 
  • Helps promote and maintain a positive company image. 
  • Additional tasks, as assigned by Supervisor.

What You Bring:

  • Education: High school diploma. Some college coursework is preferred. 
  • Work Experience: 2+ years’ experience in Customer Service/Sales Support or similar environment. 
  • People and Phone Skills. 
  • High quality customer service skills. 
  • Basic understanding of customer relationship management 
  • Accurate data entry, general computer skills, organizational skills. 
  • Ability to quickly learn and comprehend product knowledge.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $41,000 to $70,100 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States*.  Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compenstion, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance. 

*Minimum reflects our lowest paying locations, and the top end reflects our highest paying locations. The range in your geographic location will vary but will be within the indicated ranges.
