IMPORTANT ALERT FOR JOB APPLICANTS!
Bio-Rad has received reports of individuals posing as Bio-Rad recruiters to obtain information from applicants. Be aware that Bio-Rad strictly adheres to these hiring practices.
As a Marketing Intern on the Clinical Immunology team at Bio-Rad, you’ll help shape how we understand and communicate with decision-makers in clinical laboratories that perform complex autoimmune and infectious disease testing. Supporting the BioPlex 2200 System—our fully automated, random access multiplex platform with over 55 assays spanning ANA, APLS, celiac disease, syphilis, HIV, EBV, and more—you’ll work at the intersection of marketing, behavioral research, and generative AI. Your day might start by reviewing stakeholder interviews to identify common pain points, motivations, or adoption barriers, followed by using AI tools to simulate how a synthetic persona might respond to those same prompts. In the afternoon, you’ll refine persona drafts, compare synthetic responses to real-world data, and prepare a brief for your weekly check-in with the marketing team. Throughout the summer, you’ll develop 1–2 detailed personas that reflect the psychology of real clinical stakeholders and create a short internal guide to help product, sales, and marketing teams apply these personas in the practice.
How You’ll Make An Impact:
You’ll help bring scientific rigor to how Bio-Rad understands and engages with its customers. Your work won’t just describe what customers do—it will simulate how they think. By validating synthetic personas against real decision-makers, your work will help us prototype marketing messages, test product concepts, and scale customer empathy across teams using AI-assisted tools. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to a truly cross-functional initiative that bridges research, psychology, and AI.
