Bio-Rad's Global Sales Team specializes in building close partnerships with our customers in order to understand their needs and identify the right solutions to help them achieve their goals. In addition, our Customer Care and Service Teams provide various levels of support for our customers, ranging from technical and product support to onsite repairs, upgrades and preventative maintenance on Bio-Rad instruments and products. Together, we empower our customers with the products and tools they need to make critical breakthroughs in research and treatment.
